Versa 2 stuck on fitbit logo

my versa 2 watch shut off when i was in a workout class. it just keeps flashing the Fitbit logo.. I have tried restarting, factory reset, unpairing and nothing has worked. Since i unpaired and it won't reconnect i lost all my data from today which is a bummer.
Now i can't get through on the customer support chat it tells me there's an error. would love to try to get this figured out as i have been a longtime Fitbit customer and don't want to have to throw this watch away.

I tried so many times to factory reset but that never worked. So I have
finally took it off and set it aside to "power down." When I checked it
again several days later, it was working fine! I haven't actually used it
yet because I bought the Versa 3 and I would have to unpair my new watch to
pair the old one, but I was able to swipe between screens and stats on the
clock face.
I also have coworkers who gave the Versa 2 and NEVER had any problems with
them. It really doesn't make any sense.
But, if you can the live chat, do that, because they will walk you through
a bunch of different steps to try and get it working.

Finally, my Versa2 work but I had to speak, chat, email to have customer
service as they always told me that they give a 35% discount on a new
Versa3! As my Versa2 stop right away after the "APP UPDATE" and that it
inst only mine which stop working. It was not normal that every Versa2
brook at the same time ! But Happy End my Versa2 is still working correctly
