Versa 2 is stuck on my last activity. Touch screen not responding to touch.

Problem resolved by forcing a restart of Versa 2. I had to keep pressing and holding side button for approximately 30-60 seconds to get Fitbit symbol to display on screen.

I have not resolved the problem with my device. It is still broken after doing the Fitbit update.
