Versa 2 stuck on logo and won't boot

Hi all my Versa 2 is endlessly cycling. I just seen the Fitbit logo for 2-3 second then it goes blank and cycles again.

 

Have tried holding button down 10+ seconds multiple times, removing the app, trying to re add it as a device on the app but no luck

 

Any ideas?

Hi @Dits - it has a problem, chat via the Fitbit app, Click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
