All of a sudden the Fitbit logo appeared on the screen of my versa. Can’t get it off. Have pushed all buttons and tried restartingit. What should I do?

Hi @Alaineann Try a Factory reset (see below ) and then try setting up your Versa again. If that doesnt help you will need to contact Customer Support.
Woops, I put the information for Versa instead of Versa 2. Here is thcorrect instructions
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

It's a Versa 2, there is only 1 button, and holding it doesn't work. I'll contact support
