Versa 2 stuck on logo screen

My Versa 2 has been stuck on the logo screen for 3 days. I have let it die and recharged, I have tried doing a reset by pushing and holding the side button, but it never vibrates. I tried unpairing from my app. Nothing works. I can't do an update because even before unpairing it would not sync with my phone/app. I cannot do a factory reset because I can't get past the logo screen.
