Versa 2 stuck on logo

My Versa 2 is not opening. Is charged, the logo appears and disappears and also an horizontal white line appears when disappear. I tried reboot but is not working, the logo appears random on the black screen. Anyone had the same issue?

  1. Tap the Today tab EdsonFitbit_0-1628470952907.png, and tap your profile picture.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

How to set a new device since is not opening?? The logo flips and a white horizontal line appears...like he is trying to open but can't.
