My versa 2 will not charge and unable to sync with iPhone app. I have tried all the trouble shooting. When I tried to restart the screen on the Versa 2 displays a BIG RED X and states “data not cleared - sync and try again. It appears that there are a lot of people having issues and problems with the Versa 2. My watch and charger are not even a year old and I feel these issues are unacceptable.

Hi there, @TamTams. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Try again" usually appears when you performed a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, please confirm if you've followed the steps below to solve this issue:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
As for the battery, please see Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

I am having the same issues. Have completed all the trouble shooting steps and nothing is working. My watch hasn’t been reset by me, it just showed the message with the red cross this morning when I put it on.
is there a solution to this issue?
