Versa 2 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

I’ve had my Versa 2 since Christmas 2020 and recently it won’t stay connected to my iPhone 12. I turned to the forum and basically found out that this is happening to many people.

Ive followed the steps here multiple times trying to correct the issue on my own. I’ve “forgotten device” via phone Bluetooth, turned both phone and Bluetooth off, turned Versa 2 off and after restarting both, no Bluetooth connection could be found.

I went into the app and “removed device” from my account, knowing it would not retain any of the data that hasn’t synced since 9/30/21 and then tried all steps again in adding a new device while my device was plugged in.

NOTHING!!!!!! And when it finally did turn back on, I got an error message that reads “Data not cleared sync & try again”

UHHHHM BIG PROBLEM HERE!! Now it won’t get off that screen and I’ve already removed the device and can’t sync or pair it and Bluetooth still won’t find it!!!! What in the actual heck is happening!?!

anybody have this problem? Any idea what I can do? From what I read, customer service isn’t helpful!
