My Fitbit shows only this line
“Data not cleared sync & try again”
advice me what to do.. step by step.
Note: I have deleted Fitbit app from my iPhoneX and reinstalled many times but it doesn’t work.. still the same big red coloured cross in a circle appears with this line in below written

I'm getting the same since about an 45mins ago
Using Android and did the same as above, restarted watch, phone,app etc
