Versa 2 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

Versa 2 showing the Red X - Data not cleared. Sync & try again. Reset watch. Reset android tablet & bluetooth. Tried to re-set up the device on the app & it can't even find the device now. Useless.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately nothing worked. I can't even pair the device to the app.

Hello again @Jefaafaa 

So you definitely removed the device from your Fitbit App by opening Fitbit, tap profile picture, scrolled down to and tap Versa 2 then scroll down and tap remove Versa 2. Then log out of the app. Go then to your Bluetooth find Versa if it’s on the list and tap the information icon and tap forget this device if on iOS or unpair if your on android. Then turn off your phone for about 1-2 mins. While your phone is turned off try to restart your Versa 2. Go ahead and turn your phone back on, log back into the Fitbit App as usual with the same email and password you usually used. Now tap profile picture, scroll down and tap set up device. Choose Versa 2 from the list and follow the instructions that follow. When it ask if you are replacing a device with a new one say yes. 
I would try these steps just one more time and if you still are having issues I’m afraid you will have to contact Fitbit Customer Service to assist you. You can find ways to contact them here: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
