Versa 2 is showing a red X and message *data not cleared sync and try again. Nothing else on screen have held side button and restarted numerous times, no change. App can't find device to sync. Purchased around 3 yrs ago, has it just died..??

Hi @Algo75 It does sound like it might have died. Try the suggestions in THIS Help Arti le on syncing problems. Maybe something there will help.
