Versa 2 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

Versa 2 will not charge. Tried factory reset. After the Logo went off and before I could try a second time Red X came on indicating Data not cleared Sync and try again

What do I do now.

Tried what you recommended but still no movement.

I tried by pusing the button on the side Fitbit logo appears no vibration. Then it goes away then the Red X appears on the screen saying Data not cleared. Sync and try again.
