Versa 2 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

My Versa 2 has a notification saying, Data not cleared, sync & try again. I have tried everything & nothing is working

Hi @RockyStew - have you tried this link from @MarreFitbit  Data not cleared. Sync and try again which was for a Versa 3 but the same applies.
