Versa 2 stuck on message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again"

Hi you all! I have a problem with my smartwatch, I’ve got a Fitbit verse 2 from my aunt, she was using it before. I was trying to do factory reset but then on the screen shows big sign and said that my data are not cleared and I need to sync and try again but how I should do that? My aunt is not connected with it so I have no idea what to do

Hi there, @Misia0706. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still stuck on that message. I will do my best to help you with this!

It sounds like the factory reset was not completed successfully. To better assist you, please make sure that you've followed the steps below in the order listed:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

Hi, thanks for help but I try do this thing and nothing helps it shows all
the time that I need to try again I have no idea what’s wrong with it
