I just started having issues with my Versa 2. It was only showing the Fitbit logo, or was blank. After many attempts of resetting the device and attempting to reconnect and restart my Android phone, I was finally able to connect and download the latest firm wear using my daughter's IPhone. The face is still black. I was then able to reconnect using my Android, after deleting other Bluetooth connections. Attempted to pick the wave form clock face, but it just locked up and kept on churning with no results. When I attempt to hold the button down on the device, I get the error: "Your data was not cleared. Please try again" there is also an OK button on the face, but tapping it doesn't do anything. After syncing once, it did show some steps in the app. Attempted to sync again and no luck.

Hi there, @BB9680. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is still stuck on that message. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
Please note the message "Data not cleared, Sync & Tried again" usually appears when you perform a factory reset without first unpairing your watch from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
With that being said, I'd recommend trying the steps below in the order listed:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

This initially worked last night, as I was not properly completing the hard shut down. Hhowever when I woke up this morning, the device was back to only showing the Fitbit logo.
