Versa 2 stuck on message "To start download the Fitbit app"

Please help me fix my versa 2, my screen shows logo then says download app to start (already have the app) then it goes into different languages. No green light on the back. I have tried EVERYTHING. HOW CAN I FIX IT?

Hi there, @PAMJAN. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from. 

 

I've seen you reached out to our Support Team before posting here and they've provided with some steps to try to fix your issue. However, if you still need help, please feel free to contact them back so our team can continue assisting you. 

 

In the meantime, you can try:

 

  • Make sure you've removed your Versa 2 from your Fitbit account and from your phone's Bluetooth settings.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up your Versa 2 again.
  • If there is no connection, restart your Versa 2.

 

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hello, No luck with anything I tried. I contacted support again they were very helpful after everything failed they are sending me a replacement. Cant wait to get it, feel lost without it. Thank you
