Versa 2 stuck on "Clock Error"

My Fitbit got a message "Clock Error" I have tried to change to another clock on my app, tried to turnoff and back on, and tried to reset the Bluetooth, but did not worked. I have followed all the instructions yet my Fitbit is not working 😞

Hi @Passoca - are you able to swipe the watch face to the left and click on the Clocks app and change clocks that way?

Hi there, @Passoca. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling. @Guy_ Thanks for your help!

In addition to the steps you've tried, please confirm if you've also tried the following:

  1. Make sure mobile app and Firmware version are up-to-date.
  2. Restart your Versa 3. 
  3. Switch to another clock than the one you want to switch to using the clocks app. Once syncs complete, it should get past the switching state.
  4. Restart the Fitbit mobile app: Force close Fitbit app & relaunch the app.
  5. Restart Bluetooth
  6. Trigger a regular sync.

Hiya @MarreFitbit , thank you for the response. My Versa 2 now is not working responding or charging at all since Friday 14th July. I have checked all the above but the watch is still not responding.

Hi @Guy_ thank you for your help. I can confirm it was possible to swipe to the watch face to the left but when I tried to change to another watch did not work saying that was an error. Now the erro message has gone and my Versa 2 is not responding.
