I just received a new Versa 2 for Christmas. It is charged and keeps scrolling through the different languages that say, "To set up, download FitBit app". It won't do anything else and my phone won't recognize it through the app.

If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
