Versa 2 says paired on phone but won't connect and not receiving texts or emails. I have tried uninstalling app, logging out, restarting fitbit, turning Bluetooth on/off. Just keeps saying "an app is needed to use device"

Hi there, @Jak1102. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. @Guy_ Thank you so much for your help.
As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Versa 2 is asking to be paired. With that said, I'd suggest following the steps below:
If you can't get started with your Versa 2, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you continue having syncing difficulties after linking your Fitbit device, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Hi @Jak1102 - you can't pair it Bluetooth. Remove the Bluetooth entry and logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active windowin Android clear the storage cache and force stop it.
Turn of all other nearby Bluetooth phones and watches then restart the watch and phone.
When you Login to the Fitbit App it should create a new pair and link and then sync.
If it doesn't click the profile photo and "+ Set up a Device" and replace.
