Versa 2 stuck on "To start download the Fitbit app"

Same issue as this post, and many others. The solution suggested does not work: cycle on/off bluetooth on smartphone, re-start smartphone and try again, try with another smartphone, un-pair versa 2 to re-pair it, manually reset versa 2 pressing button during 8 seconds...

Hi @aureo82 - the solution to this issue is to install the watch properly via the Fitbit App, click the profile photo [top left] and then "+ Set up a Device".

This will both setup the watch and the Bluetooth [which you can't do manually] and attach it to your account so you can configure it and sync the data from it.
