Versa 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo and in boot loop.

I've had my Versa 2 for a few months after replacing a 3 year old Blaze. Everything was fine until it took an update a few weeks ago and now it will connect then freeze and try to reboot itself, but never comes all the way back up. It just freezes on the Fitbit logo screen. After it sits there for a while, it will reboot on its own, and continue doing the same thing. Eventually the battery dies very quickly from this process. I'll charge it back to full. It works for a little while, then goes right back to the same issue after it syncs to my phone. Any suggestions?

I went through this process with Nicholas as one of you posted to call support.  PROBLEM SOLVED

Please force quit the Fitbit app, then reopen it.

On your phone, go to Settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off and back on.

Restart your Fitbit device. Press and hold the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) at the same time for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the buttons.

Remove all other Fitbit devices from your account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone.

Restart your phone and try to sync.
