Versa 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Ever since yesterday my Fitbit won't stay off logo screen. It's like it's looping.  Off then on.  I cant get it to stop.

It's not even a year old and I ordered from fitbit.com

 

Ive tried all the things people have recommended.  I cannot get into the versa at all and the app is no help.

In order to avoid providing the same information, please let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if the issue gets fixed.

@Janafufus Thank you for joining us in this thread. Since your Versa 2 is experiencing the same issue, please try the troubleshooting steps that I shared in my previous post.

After this, monitor your Versa 2 during the next 24 hours and see if doesn't get stuck on the Fitbit logo screen.
