Versa 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Hi @All 

 

After charging several hours/days- The Versa 2 got stuck at the fitbit-Logo. It turns slowly on and off all the time. The green lights at the bottom are off. 

What i already tried:

-Restart via the Button (fitbit Logo Continue on/off) Can't start at all. Nothing else is shown at the screen.

- check my Bluetooth and WiFi functions (clock is not shown in Bluetooth settings any more ) 

- clear the clock from the App (app can't locate the clock anymore) 

- deinstall and Re-install the  App

- software updated my mobile Phone 

- tried to Set up and new device in the App via charging cable (can't conact with the Phone) 

 

(I also tried it with an other fitbit Model and that one worked out- so the failure must be at the versa 2 ) 

 

So overall i dont know what i should do else. The watch is not usable anymore at this time, which is very anoying cause i need to do a competition soon  😞 

Would be glad for any help or recommendations.
