Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @bpaige.

Thank you for sharing this information about the inconvenience that you've been experiencing with your Versa 2.

Before considering other options, please try to complete a manual restart procedure again as described in this article. This has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.

If you already tried this procedure, I recommend that you get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance. The best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Have a great day.

So is mine. It's not vibrating when placed on the charger and the only thing showing in the display is, the Fitbit logo.

I’ve tried everything they said to do and I can’t fix mine.  So frustrating.  I won’t buy another Fitbit!

I ended up calling into Support; and the last thing she asked me to try was to change the watch face; after trying to turn off your wifi/blue tooth on your phone; and still nothing....They are sending me a replacement one....

I have worn them for 5 years and am frustrated that they only last about a year then won't sync or this one is only 8 months and won't restart...

Maybe time to try a google or apple watch...
