Hi, my versa 2 is stuck on the logo. It fully run out of charge at work yesterday, so I put it on charge when I got home. Took it off charge to put on to wear to bed and it was just stuck with the logo coming on and going off. I’ve seen others have this problem on the forum and have tried all suggested fixes, but pressing the button makes no difference. It won’t even turn off.
please help.

Your support pages seem to be down at the moment. I keep getting redirected to a page that tells me the link cannot be found to join the live chat.
I did get my Fitbit working for 2 minutes before it broke again with the same issue and now the link won't work for me. I have a case number xxxx which I noted down in case the issue reoccurred.
