Versa 2 stuck on the Fitbit logo

Hi there,

For the past week my versa 2 froze on the Fitbit icon. YouTube and tried to reset/sync it. I also deleted the app reinstalled and it still stayed frozen. I’ve been let the battery drain and now has the battery with! I then tried to put it on the charger. It will not charge. I squeeze the side still shows battery! This is Just over a year old, please help! As I’m a fitness pro and rely on this watch!  Tia - well, looking on here seems like there’s quite a bit of problems with this all of a sudden

Update: Also to note when I put on the charger it only sporadically flashes/ shows fit bit logo and nothing else and was on the charger for about 2 hours. I also tried to re download the app and resync while on it and never showed a code.

Hi @FitinwithK8 - unfortunately a watch showing only a Fitbit logo can be terminal. If the watch got wet, or some other fault, it can happen.

In addition due to bugs in the Fitbit App it may currently not be possible to set it up even if you manage to disconnect it or do a factory reset.
