Hi,
I have searched relates threads however following the advice does not work. My Fitbit remains frozen on the logo screenZ
I have held the button down for approx 8 seconds until the logo disappears, release briefly (about 2 seconds) then held the button down again but nothing happens. Logo remains on the screen.
Any other ideas? Or is this Fitbit US?

With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
