My versa 2 is not working when I try to press the side button to change screens. It is frozen on the stopwatch.

Hi there, @Counselorgrl. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2's screen. I will be glad to help you. 

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
