Versa 2 stuck on white update logo

Hello, 

 

I accidentally let my versa 2 run out of battery. After then charging it completely it had the wrong time on it. I could not get it to sync to my phone to update itself so I turned it on and off.

After that didn't work I factory reset it. After I had factory reset it a blue line apeared on the screen with just the blue fitbit logo. I rest the device. I then successfully paired my device but on its face is a white fitbit logo and the battery icon.

I have reset the device many times, it will not update or change back to a watch. 

Any help is appreciated!

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know how the factory reset was performed. Was it done as described below?

 

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.

Also, after the factory reset, try setting up your watch from scratch and see if the issue gets fixed.

this issue affects me too. I tried everything you recommended, nothing worked.
