My Versa 2 suddenly stopped tracking sleep and heart rate zones during exercise. Monitoring ny heart and sleep were two HUGE pluses for the Fitbit. I've tried all the troubleshooting tips and even spent 30 mins on the phone with a rep. It still doesn't work. I'm so disappointed reading so many similar posts. Sounds like the recent update may be the cause? I, too, miss the look of the previous version. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!
