My Versa 2 won't sync and it stopping reporting my heart rate as well as the weather.  At least it still tells time and counts steps.  How do I fix it please?

Hi @DebinTampa, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the syncing, heart rate tracking and weather issues that your Versa 2 has experienced. I totally understand how you feel about this.

 

I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article in order to fix the syncing issue. In regards the heart rate tracking problem, please try the steps included in this help page.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs, tracks your heart rate data and provides the correct weather report.
