Versa 2 syncing issues after a few weeks with Huawei Mate 20

Dear All,

I am using a Huawei Mate 20 and the syncing of data issue starts to surface after a few weeks of using it. Initially, I had no problems with it when I open the Fitbit app as it automatically syncs all my data over. However, subsequently it does not sync automatically, even when I tried to sync manually, it keeps failing. It only gets to sync once every few days which is so frustrating. I have tried many solutions I have read online such as checking the updates of the app & the phone, ensuring no other devices nearby, restarting my phone, the watch and even unpaired the device and repair it again with the phone. Can anyone please help me? I am not sure what is the problem here. Is it my phone?
