Versa 2 syncing issues with Samsung tab E and A50

I just received the new fitbit Versa 2 for Christmas and I was able to do a setup and it will sync for a second, but then I receive a message saying device not found on both my Samsung tablet tab E and Samsung A50 phone. I've tried support help tips and tried the support chat with no luck. Anyone know a workaround or somewhere to reccomend items to get supported?

It's not compatible with the A50 which is why I cancelled an order I had for the Versa 2. Sadly, the A50 isn't compatible with ANY Fitbit device. 😩

I understand it's not on the compatible list however it has been able to sync, just seems only once a day I can do it quite frustrating

It was working on my Samsung A50 for a few weeks.  Now it does not sync at all.
