My Versa 2 will only sync while it's connected to the charger. Once it is removed from the charger it works fine( for a while) but I can't manually sync it. And from that point on it will lose time for the remainder of the time I'm wearing it until I connect it to the charger again. This past weekend it just died and when I put it on the charger it charged, but now it's 2 days behind as far as the date and the time is incorrect. How can I update and fix this? Please help.

Hi @RC_Diva, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it's not connecting or syncing with your phone properly and the time is wrong.
Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it syncs properly and shows the correct time.
