Versa 2 syncs with phone, but doesn't show on website dashboard

It syncs with the phone but the web site says no device paired

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend confirming the email address associated with your Fitbit account:

 

1. In the Fitbit app tap the Today tab , and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap Account Settings > Change Email. You don't need to change the email, but you can verify your email address associated with your Fitbit account.

3. Log into the website dashboard using the same email address.
