Versa 2 takes me right back to "set up new device"

Help. I downloaded app on phone. I go to "set up new device", click on Versa 2 and it takes me right back to "set up new device". Same phone let me set up versa and charge hr. I'm so confused 😕

@Jfinjax is Versa still linked to your account? I am assuming you are running the recent version of fitbit mobile app. What phone model and OS do you have? Thx

I deleted all fitbit from bluetooth. All deleted from phone. Uninstalled ap and reinstalled it. It will let me set up every kind except Versa 2. I have a Samsung galaxy prevail. Not sure of OS.

@Jfinjax Have you tried a previous version of the fitbit mobile app? You can find apk file on the internet.
