Why is this and how to fix it? Even I have tried to turn it on and off a few times.

Hi @Anjali34 - how do you know it is charging if there is nothing on the watch display?

 

If it is actually charged and working do a manual sync in the Fitbit App by pulling down on the phone display and once synced check the battery level in the Fitbit App on the status bar.

 

If it is charged press and hold the button for at least 10 seconds till it vibrates and see if the logo appears.
