Is running 2 mins behind my connected android phone oneplus nord. Have uninstalled the app, restarted the watch everything but still time isn't synchronised.

Thank you for sharing the query regarding this inconvenience with your Versa 2. Thank you for trying to fix it on your own through the troubleshooting steps performed.
Please keep in mind that your Fitbit device may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with. Since you've recently restarted it, maybe your Versa 2 just needs to sync to update the time.
