I accidentally deleted a friend request email notification. Is there a way to find that person on Fitbit 

 

Where would I find instructions on how to use the watch as a phone and how do I reply to a text via the watch

You have a great question there. You can go to the Fitbit app and tap on the little envelope you have in the upper right corner and check the latest friend requests sent to you on "Notifications".
