Versa 2 touch screen doesn't respond, watch resets itself

My Versa 2 has the current firmware update. The screen does not respond to touches and it resets itself at random times. I have already performed a factory reset on the device two times already. Another odd thing is that in order to do a soft reset, I have to hold the button down for 25 seconds rather than 10. I would like to continue using this watch, but only if it is actually going to work properly. Is there a way to fix this without just sending it back to Fitbit?

@Craig139 At this point I would attempt performing a factory reset:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
    1. Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
    2. Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

You can set up the watch back to the Fitbit account by following the instructions on this link: How do I set up my Fitbit device?

If you're not successful with the factory reset, I am afraid you will need to reach out to Customer Support to guide you through the next steps. Here's the link to Customer Support page.
