Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

My versa 2 again has broken. This time the touch screen doesnt work. It spent a day and a half blinking logo on and off. How can we fix this?

Hi there, @Micky.977m. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. 

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

I switched the clock face 3 times form the app. The touch screen still doesnt  work. What can I do now?

This did not work on my watch.  It is like the touch screen not responding.
