Versa 2 touch screen isn't working

Versa 2 most recent update completed, and when I tried the new spO2 watch face recommended in the new "health metrics" portion of the app, my screen is now frozen on the front screen and is entirely non-responsive to any swipe commands, be it up down right or left.

I have forced reboots several times. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app to my phone. I have rebooted my phone. None of the troubleshooting techniques listed in the FAQs have provided any remedy.

I am not sure if there is an issue with the most recent update, or if the switch to the new health metric watch face caused a glitch in the system. I have since attempted to return to the prior watch face that I was utilizing for the last year with no issues and continue to have a screen that will not respond to any swipe commands.

Durfee, let us know if this resolved your issue.   I looks like you already tried that as did I with no positive results.

This is the same issue I have. I reached out to support, they told me to change my clock face and still no change. They told me to get a new versa watch. Is there not anything else that can be done? Nothing is working on my watch.
