Versa 2 touch screen stopped working and notifications are not coming through

My touch screen is not working. It is charged, I have restarted it. Still will not work. I can’t swipe up and down or side to side. Nothing happens. Also not receiving texts on it.

Hi there, @MJB44. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. 

Since the restart didn't work, try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
