Versa 2 tracked my heart rate too high while setting in the car

I consistently have a standing HR of 60 or so..yesterday sitting in the car it spiked to over 150 and took approx 5 min to come back down.  I was not doing anything, was not stressed or upset, so very puzzled by this reading.  Could this be a blip or should I need concerned?  I actually hit my Zone target when it spoked so the fitbit thought I was doing heavy cardio I guess

Hi there, @Ecoorsie11. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand where your concern is coming from.

If you haven't done so yet, I'd recommend taking a look at this help article What factors can affect my heart-rate reading on my Fitbit device?

Bear in mind that air temperature and certain medications can also affect resting heart rate.
