Versa 2 tracked way too many flights

I’ve hardly gone up stairs today and my app is registering almost 200 flights today. Registering way too many for past couple days. Tried restarting both Versa and iPhone but still registering too many flights.

Hi @Crystal117, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the huge amount of floors that your Versa 2 tracked, I appreciate the time spent trying to resolve the issue before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you restarted your Versa 2 as described in this help article.
