About a month ago my Versa started showing that I was going up and down stairs like crazy! Some days over I did over 250 flights of stairs. Only problem is that I haven't been going up and down stairs. I can gain 10 flights just walking around my one level apartment. I have factory reset my Versa twice, and still the same. I don't know what else to do.

This seems to be a common issue introduced recently with an App update, along with inaccurate heart rate.
Hopefully they will issue a fix in the next release.

Hi there, @PCKat. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before reaching out. I understand where your concern is coming from.
Your Fitbit device may give you credit for extra floors for a variety of reasons. Devices may track floors while doing everyday tasks such as opening doors, driving, or riding elevators or escalators, or from abrupt weather and atmospheric pressure changes. Exposure to excess moisture can also result in extra floors. For more information, see: Why does my Fitbit device count extra floors? You can also find more information about tracking activity in this help article: How does my Fitbit device calculate my daily activity?
If you want to remove floors from your account, please follow these steps.

This appears to be a highly common error the last few weeks experienced by a lot of people- appears some think it’s a firmware update - any idea when it will be resolved? I have 100+ flights of stairs today - my spouse has been with me all day - he has 12.

I'm racking up thousands of steps that I am not taking. I'm not synced with any other tracking devices. How can I correct this? I just got it yesterday and I'm getting frustrated. It's no good to me if it's that inaccurate...
