Hi there!
I just bought a new Versa 2 today, and have been having trouble connecting it with my phone via the app. I've already tried deleting and reinstalling the app, making sure the Fitbit itself is charged (more than 1/2 battery). This is coming straight out of the box, and I'm not sure what to do.

Make sure when you are setting up the fitbit, you keep other bluetooth devices far away from your phone and the new fitbit. I find that is usually the most common cause.
Also turn off our bluetooth on your phone and then turn on again.
