Versa 2 turned off and won’t turn back on

I’m posting on behalf of my husband who can’t get a response. His versa 2 turned off during our run this morning and won’t turn back on. We’ve tried a hard reset and charging it, but to no avail. It was charged this morning so there’s no reason it should have died. Any solutions?

Hi @Lara8286, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your husband's Versa 2 since it won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if the Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge the Fitbit watch for 2-3 hours and see if it gets back to life.

Hi! Yes, we tried everything in the article. I tried plugging his Fitbit into my charger. It doesn’t vibrate but the Fitbit logo does appear briefly then turns off and then returns briefly again. Please help

Juan? You’re my only hope bc no one is responding to my husband. I bought it for him in November ‘19 - so it should still be under warranty. Can we just expedite this?
