Versa 2 turned off and won't turn back on

My versa 2 has suddenly turned off and won't turn back on, I have tried putting it on to charge (although I know it should have change due to charging it through the day) I have tried holding the button for 15 seconds but it doesn't respond. When it is out the the Dock it shows the fitbit logo asif it is going to turn on but then just shuts down again and continues to do this.
