My versa 2 is brand new. It will randomly just turn itself off and on and is constantly losing connection to iPhone. I’m really disappointed. I never had one issue with my Charge 2.

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 turns off and turns on by itself and stops connecting with your iPhone. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps listed in this help page in order to fix the connection issues between your watch and phone. Finally, monitor your Versa 2 and see if the issue gets fixed.
